This one-hour personalized session is to support you in whatever area is most affecting you in your life.

Areas include:

  • weight loss
  • health & food knowledge
  • balancing hormones
  • healing digestive stress
  • increasing energy
  • decreasing stress

We will devise an action plan for you to confidently meet your goals. You’re not alone, I’m here to listen and guide you in this process.

We will meet for one hour either in person or via Skype/phone for non-local clients.

One week after our session, we will then have a 30-minute phone check-in to see how things are going, and answer any questions that came up or address any challenges.
